 Ingredients for making noodles: Maida flour Wheat flour, water, dough processing machine.

 Method of preparation of noodles: In a large bowl pour 40 kg maida, 30 kg wheat flour, 7 liters of water and knead well into protta flour.

 When this flour mixture is put in the processing machine it comes out in the form of a thin roll.

 Then when this roll is rolled again in the same machine the rubbed flour is cut and the yarn comes out.

 Take this and hang it on a wire and put it in the steamer and cook for about 40 to 50 minutes.

  Then put it in a tray and dry it in the sun for a day.  Dried noodles can be weighed in the required quantities, packed and sold.

 Sales: We can sell the noodles we make in bulk to big companies or pack them with seasoning spices and sell them at retail in nearby shops to make more profit.
